Shipping & Handling

We provide complimentary shipping for all domestic orders. Collaborating with industry-leading courier partners such as Xpressbees (Lite and Air), Delhivery (Surface and Air), Bluedart (Surface and Air), DHL, and Shadowfox ensures swift and optimal delivery services.

For Standard Orders: Dispatch occurs within 2-3 business days for orders placed before 12 pm IST, except customized orders. Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are processed on the following Monday or the subsequent working day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Typically, orders are delivered in 4-6 days, but adverse conditions like Heavy Rains, Floods, or Pandemic may cause slight delays. Additionally, please be aware that orders during festive occasions such as Diwali, Holi, New Year, etc., may take an extra 1-2 weeks due to the non-operational status of shipping partners and teams during such times.

Customized Orders: Can take up to 5-6 Days to dispatch.

Express Orders: Orders placed before 11 pm IST will be shipped on the next business day. Similar to Standard Orders, those made on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Express Orders, prioritized for packing, cannot be canceled.

Tracking: Following the shipment of your order, you will receive a notification via email and WhatsApp containing a tracking number and link. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment and anticipate its arrival.

You can conveniently track your orders from the order status page, where the Tracking AWB and link are promptly updated upon dispatch.

Alteration in Address/Shipping Details: If you contact us shortly after placing your order, we will make every effort to accommodate address changes. However, once the order is processed and handed over to the courier partner, address modifications are not possible.
